Cowdrey Cricket Club Junior Programme
We are very proud of our excellent junior programme that continues to go from strength to strength with over 130 juniors playing each week. Led by our Director of Cricket Gary Marshall and our coaching team we continue to develop players from U6 through our Allstars programme to their joining the adult leagues at U16. The success of our programme is exemplified by having over 13% of our juniors selected for the Western Rhinos Kent District squads in 2024 and over 5% to Kent county squads. Each year our junior programme also benefits from the knowledge of our overseas player who is a first class cricketer. This year we are delighted to announce Pramud Hettiwatte will be returning for the 2025 season.
The junior programme whilst competitive, follows a policy of trying to ensure all players participate in some way in every game. We believe in developing all players equally and ensuring their enjoyment of cricket comes first.

Please note, the winter programme is only available to players who play in the Summer for Cowdrey CC. It is not available for players who play at other clubs during the summer.
